Hello,

The General Meeting is postponed to early February 2017 due to the current lack of availability of several members of the AC for personal reasons.

In addition we arrive at the truce of confectioners not very favorable period for an AG which in our case has a duration of fifteen days at least.

We will therefore extend the current fiscal year until December 31, 2016 and we will resume with an exercise on 01/01/2017 in line with the calendar year.

Sorry for the delay.
